I noticed this hotel 10 years ago - living opposite. It seemed to me that there was nothing superfluous in it. In December I lived there for almost two weeks. Everything was easy and comfortable. The rooms are quite large. There was no unnecessary noise, day or night. Everything is nearby. Hope to come back again.

I liked this hotel. In spite of the fact there are 4 floors, it's a pretty quiet place. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was just enough. A very cozy atmosphere and super friendly and helpful staff (I've not met so friendly staff in hotels for a long time). It's a quiet area, a little bit far from the main road, but just 2 minutes to a Patong beach. My room has not a bad view – a beautiful sky and a piece of the sea. I faced only one problem – a way to some shops like 7/11 or others takes a long time. They are really far away. As for a swimming pool, it's not too big and cold – but some people like to swim in cold water. Just for me, it was freezing. Anyway I totally recommend this hotel if you like quiet and small hotels with good customer service.

One of the few hotels in the area that could accommodate our family of 5 in one room - thank you! Most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Price was good and included an amazing western style breakfast with a separate plate full of local fresh fruit. We had lunch and dinner here too as it’s quiet, clean, and affordable compared to other places close by and all of the western and Thai dishes were tasty. No laundry service available, but there are local vendors just a couple of minutes walk away who offer laundry and ironing services. The hotel is close to the Sunset Viewpoint part of the beach, you just have to cross the street. There’s a nice local restaurant by the entrance to the beach too. Hotel pool is deep and small, but covered and private. Nice to have as an option during the hottest time of the day.

Good location, but not so good they don't change the sheets daily. Also there was no water at all for the first 4 hours when I arrived. Even to flush the toilets

The staff lovely.... close to beach..... nice and quiet area....Free breakfast yummy. A nice hotel with good service. Room cleaned daily. Safe and secure.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is great. Despite the affordable price, it is very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The bed is perfect, the mattress and the pillows are soft, it was very quiet and I had the best sleep ever 😀. They provide a kettle, tea, coffee, water, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, everything you might need. And the best part of this hotel is it’s staff. They are very nice, friendly and helpful.

This place is a hidden gem. Clean facilities, great pool, super friendly staff, well priced and very close to the beach. I came back and stayed another 5 nights after my trip to Karon it was so great. Breakfast is also cooked fresh for you every morning. Highly recommend.

We've been staying at this beautiful little hotel for almost 15 years. This tine we stayed for 3 weeks and we felt like home. Very clean and spacious rooms. Small but very relaxing pool and pool side. Just across the best part of the Patong …
